Jaipur #104 - Tracolla per fotocamera in tessuto e pelle

I am SO disappointed with this webshop. They sent us completely wrong item (Jaipur 105 instead of Jaipur 104, it’s even the wrong color). This isn’t a small mistake, it’s a completely incorrect order.

What makes it even worse is that they are completely unreachable. I’ve tried contacting them via email, WhatsApp, their website, and Instagram, but I have received zero response anywhere. This is especially unacceptable since the mistake is entirely on their side.

The item was meant to be a gift, which makes this even more frustrating. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring your customers like this is absolutely insane and unacceptable.

Now I’m stuck with the wrong product and no support at all. Save yourself the trouble and do not order from this company!!

Amazing camera strap, the leather and hardware are both beautiful. I just received it today so I haven’t used it much, but I trust it to hold my camera and lens (Nikon D750) because of the excellent craftsmanship. The packaging/branding was also impressive.
