Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges.

  • Contact us within: 15 days from delivery.
  • Ship item back to us within: 21 days from delivery.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Conditions of Returns

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Items on sale or personalized cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are non-returnable.

Please note that leather is a natural material and may show slight variations in texture or color — these are not considered defects.

Conditions of Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at info@bronkey.com

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We want you to love your Bronkey product. If something isn't right, we're here to help. If your item is defective or damaged, send us an email at info@bronkey.com and ship it to:

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, the gift giver will be notified and will receive the refund.

You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for all returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
