Shipping policy

Bronkey prepares and ships orders from our studio in El Masnou, Barcelona, Monday to Friday.

Order preparation

Orders are normally prepared within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Preparation may take longer on local holidays or in exceptional circumstances beyond our control, such as force majeure. We will contact you if an unusual delay affects your order.

Shipping methods and rates

Available services, delivery estimates and the final shipping cost are shown at checkout for your destination. We currently offer Standard, Priority and, where available, Express services.

  • Spain: Standard shipping €5.90 and Priority shipping €8.90. Both services are free for orders of €49 or more.
  • Europe: Standard shipping €11.90, Priority €19.90 and Express €24.90. The available service is free for orders of €89 or more.
  • North America: Standard shipping €14.90 and Priority shipping €19.90. The available service is free for orders of €149 or more.
  • Oceania: Standard shipping €19.90 and Priority shipping €24.90. The available service is free for orders of €149 or more.
  • South America, Africa and Asia: Standard shipping €19.90. Standard shipping is free for orders of €199 or more.

Rates and services can vary according to destination, product and order total. The options displayed at checkout are the ones available for your order.

Carriers and tracking

Depending on the destination and service selected, we may ship with Correos, FedEx, DHL, UPS or another suitable carrier. Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you the tracking information available for the shipment.

Customs, import duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in Bronkey’s product or shipping prices unless expressly stated at checkout.

Delivery information

Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are provided by the carrier. They are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by weekends, public holidays, customs procedures, weather or other events outside our control. Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your purchase.

Returns and exchanges

Our commercial returns period is 21 calendar days from delivery. The conditions, return shipping costs and refund process are explained in our Returns & Exchanges policy.

For consumers in the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. Where that right applies, standard initial delivery costs are refunded as required by law, while the customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods when properly informed of this obligation. For returns made under Bronkey’s voluntary extension from day 15 to day 21, the original shipping cost is not refundable; when the original order qualified for free shipping, Bronkey may deduct the actual original shipping cost and, if applicable, a Bronkey-provided return label, up to a total maximum of €25. This commercial condition does not limit statutory consumer rights.
