We want you to enjoy your Bronkey piece for years. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Returns within 21 days
Bronkey offers a commercial return period of 21 calendar days from the day you receive your order. To start a return or exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.
Return conditions
- The item must be unused, in perfect condition and returned with its original packaging, labels and proof of purchase.
- Please do not send an item back without contacting us first.
- Personalised or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged or incorrect.
Return shipping costs
For consumers in the European Union, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies. When this right applies, standard initial delivery costs are refunded as required by law. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods when they have been informed of this obligation.
Bronkey extends this period commercially from day 15 to day 21. For returns made during this voluntary extension, the original shipping cost is not refundable. If the original order qualified for free shipping, Bronkey may deduct the actual original shipping cost and, where applicable, a Bronkey-provided return label, up to a total maximum of €25. This commercial condition does not limit statutory consumer rights.
Defective, damaged or incorrect items
If your item is defective, arrives damaged or does not match your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Bronkey will review the case and cover the applicable costs when the issue is confirmed.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to make the funds available.
